Our Restorative Yoga Class is specially designed for CrossFit athletes and aims to increase your flexibility and improve the range of motion of your muscles and their regeneration (Saturday, 1 pm)

Yin Yoga is particularly suitable for releasing pain and tension. We hold poses longer for this purpose with the aim of stimulating deeper tissue structures, releasing fascia and improving joint mobility. Yin Yoga is excellent for preventing tension and cramps during pregnancy, as this yoga practice consists of many poses that focus on the hips and spine. (Sunday, 1 pm)

The Mobility Class is about optimizing your body perception and the neuronal interaction of the structures involved. The focus of our Mobility training is on improving your range of motion and your positions and thus achieving a higher level of performance. For example, bands, gymnastic sticks, lacrosse balls, etc. are also used here. In each lesson we focus on other areas that require special attention due to the constant sitting and office activities. (Tuesday and Wednesday, 6 pm)
