CrossFit Intro Seminar

In this 3-hour intro seminar, you will learn the basics of CrossFit: What is CrossFit, what does a typical class look like, and how can you adapt exercises individually to your fitness level?

After a short introduction, we will focus on the most important movement patterns such as squat, hinge, push and pull. To finish, you will experience a short, beginner-friendly workout – with technique, safety and fun at the heart of the session.

What’s the best way to start?

  • Week 1: Weightlifting (Thursday, 5 pm) and Gymnastics (Tuesday, 7:20 pm / Thursday, 6:10 pm) – there’s no intense workout here; we focus on refining your technique 
  • Week 2: Weightlifting and Hyrox/CrossFit (check out the schedule or ask us), Strength (Monday, 6:10 pm / Daturday, 10:20 am)
  • Week 3: CrossFit  (check out the schedule or ask us)
  • Week 4: CrossFit (check out the schedule or ask us)

Option 2: Personal Training (1:1)

Do you want to gain confidence in performing CrossFit movements? Or are you looking for an even more in-depth introduction to the fundamentals of our sport? Then our On-Ramp PT is the right choice: You schedule 1–3 individual sessions with your personal trainer and learn the fundamental movements of our sport.
