Have you always wanted to try CrossFit? Or would you like to get back into it after a long break? Then take advantage of our Intro Week:

  • Write us when you want your intro week to start (please plan at least 1 week ahead)
  • We will agree on three dates with you and book you in. Check out our schedule.
  • Places are limited to 2 beginners per course.

The intro week is the best way to get to know our community, the coaches and our programming. After that we will discuss if a 1:1 session is recommended.

You have completed the Intro Week and would like to gain even more confidence in performing the exercises? Or do you want an even more intensive introduction to the basics of our sport? Then our On-Ramp PT is the right choice: You arrange 1-3 individual classes with your personal trainer and learn the basic exercises of our sport.
