The foundation everything else builds on: in one compact seminar you’ll learn the fundamental movements that every CrossFit class is built around — squat, hinge, push and pull.

Prefer 1:1 from the start?

Want extra confidence in your technique or simply to progress faster? 1:1 coaching is not a mandatory step — it’s an alternative or add-on, before, during or instead of the trial session and Intro Seminar, exactly as you need it.

On-Ramp PT · 1:1

Personal introduction

1–3 individual sessions with your personal trainer. Ideal if you want a more intensive introduction to the basic movements, tailored entirely to you.
