You want to start with CrossFit, but have never trained with the barbell? Are Olympic weightlifting and gymnastic exercises like pull-ups, push-ups, or toes-to-bar new to you? In 4 courses, we will prepare you for the start in our CrossFit classes.

You'll go through the 4 sessions within 2 weeks. We recommend to start with On-Ramp 1 or 2 (next start: August, 1st).

  • Thursday, 7:15pm - 8:30pm On-Ramp 1 Squats & Presses
  • Saturday, 12:15pm - 1:30pm On-Ramp Lifts & Gymnastics
  • Thursday, 7:15pm - 8:30pm On-Ramp 3 Clean & Jerk
  • Saturday,  12:30pm - 1:30pm On-Ramp 4 Snatch

The cherry on the cake: the first CrossFit Class is included: the card "Drop-in" is active as soon as you have completed all 4 classes.

  • Create an account in our booking app RESAWOD or drop us a line.
  • Book the "On-Ramp" membership, download the RESAWOD app and sign up for the On-Ramp courses.
  • The membership expires automatically 4 weeks after purchase at the latest. We adjust the term for early bookers.

By the way, a new On-Ramp course starts every 2 weeks. If you miss one session you may catch up on the next cycle. We highly recommend to start with On Ramp 1 or 2!
