Want to get started with CrossFit but have never trained with a barbell? Olympic lifts and gymnastics movements are new to you? In 4 skill sessions we will prepare you for the start in our regular CrossFit classes.

You will go through a total of 4 skill sessions in 2 weeks - your schedule might look like this:

  • Week 1: Monday Gymnastics, Thursday Foundation Weightlifting
  • Week 2: Tuesday Foundation Weightlifting, Thursday Gymnastics

You can join at any time.

WHEN DO THE COURSES TAKE PLACE?

  • Gymnastics: Mondays, 7:15pm and 8:30pm; Thursdays, 7:15pm
  • Weightlifting Foundation: Tuesday, 8:30pm and Thursday, 6pm

THAT'S HOW YOU'RE IN:

  • Create an account in our booking app RESAWOD or e-mail us to sign up.
  • Book the "Beginner" membership (3 weeks): 59 EUR (4 sessions)
  • Register in RESAWOD for the skill classes (Gymnastics and Weightlifting foundation)

Trial training for beginners

A one-time trial training is available in our regular classes.

This is how it works:

  • Choose a preferred date and send it to us via message.
  • The trial training is 20 EUR and will be deducted if you decide to book a membership.

GET STARTED WITH PERSONAL TRAINING: ON-RAMP PT

You would like to gain even more confidence in performing the exercises? Or do you want an even more intensive introduction to the basics of our sport? Then our On-Ramp PT is the right choice: You arrange 1-3 individual classes with your personal trainer and learn the basic exercises of our sport.
