You want to start CrossFit but have never trained with a barbell before? Olympic weightlifting and gymnastics movements like pull-ups, push-ups, or toes-to-bar are new to you?
With our trial month you can attend a total of 9 classes within 4 weeks and find out whether CrossFit is the right training format for you.
What’s the best way to start?
In principle, you can choose freely so you have all the flexibility our class schedule offers—whether you prefer to train in the morning, at midday/afternoon, or in the evening. We recommend starting with our technique classes.
Our recommendations for distributing your classes over the 4 weeks of your trial month:
- Week 1: Weightlifting and Gymnastics – there’s no intense workout here; we focus on refining your technique
- Week 2: Weightlifting and Hyrox/CrossFit
- Week 3: CrossFit
- Week 4: CrossFit

Option 2: Personal Training (1:1)
Do you want to gain confidence in performing CrossFit movements? Or are you looking for an even more in-depth introduction to the fundamentals of our sport? Then our On-Ramp PT is the right choice: You schedule 1–3 individual sessions with your personal trainer and learn the fundamental movements of our sport.
