You want to start with CrossFit, but have never trained with the barbell? Are Olympic weightlifting and gymnastic exercises like pull-ups, push-ups, or toes-to-bar new to you? In our intro course, we will prepare you for the first steps in our CrossFit classes. The intro course takes place once a month, at a weekend.

Then our On-Ramp PT is the right choice: You arrange 1-3 individual classes with your personal trainer and learn the basic exercises of our sport.
