You would like to start with CrossFit?  Cool, then our On-Ramp program is the right one for you. You already have CrossFit experience (min. 6 months of regular training in a box)? You can find all relevant information here.

The intensive course (On-Ramp) prepares you for the participation in our regular courses. In small groups with personal guidance by a coach you will learn the basics of our program: the 9 Foundational Movements, the basic gymnastic exercises and progressions as well as the introduction to Olympic weightlifting. The focus is on technique, but you will apply what you learn in each session in a workout.

There is no on ramp in December due to a temporary member admission stopp. We want to make sure that we can provide enough course places for our members. Since we are reaching our capacity limits, we cannot accept new members in December. Of course we would still like to see you again: Contact us if you want us to put you on the wait list for the next available course. Waiting time: about 4 weeks.


You need more flexibility? Then our On-Ramp-PT  (EUR 300) + trial month (EUR 99)  is just right for you. You arrange 3 individual sessions with your personal trainer and learn the basic exercises of our sport. Afterwards your trial month starts directly with a total of 8 units in our regular courses. 

Included in this offer is also our handbook and 4 participations in our yoga or mobility courses.

A one-time trial class is possible in our CrossFit Lite or Endurance/Bodyweight courses for beginners. You can book the date via our registration tool Wodify. The drop-in fee is creditable to the on ramp course.
