You would like to start with CrossFit? Cool, then our On-Ramp program is the right one for you. You already have CrossFit experience (min. 6 months of regular training in a box)? You can find all relevant information here.

The intensive course (On-Ramp) prepares you for the participation in our regular courses. In small groups with personal guidance by a coach you will learn the basics of our program: the 9 Foundational Movements, the basic gymnastic exercises and progressions as well as the introduction to Olympic weightlifting. The focus is on technique, but you will apply what you learn in each session in a workout.

  • One personal training session on a date of your choice, in which we conduct a general movement review and discuss with you which courses make sense for you.
  • One month of training in a total of 8 classes - so you get to know our concept and our community.
  • Participation in 4 Yoga/Mobility classes

You need more flexibility? Then our On-Ramp-PT  (EUR 300) + trial month (EUR 99)  is just right for you. You arrange 3 individual sessions with your personal trainer and learn the basic exercises of our sport. Afterwards your trial month starts directly with a total of 8 units in our regular courses.
