We offer small group trainings in a motivating atmosphere, conducted by experienced coaches. Our approach is based on the CrossFit training methodology, a strength and endurance program which involves elements of weightlifting, track & field, bodyweight exercises and traditional gymnastics combined diversely into workouts. Exercises are constantly varied and performed at high intensity – you won't get bored! Every class is different and will challenge you in its own right.
Anonymity is the enemy! Personal contact to and between our members creates a fantastic and friendly training atmosphere. This also involves motivating and cheering each other on during training. All exercises and workouts are scalable to your individual fitness level, which is why neither age nor fitness experience matters.
