Our approach is based on the CrossFit training methodology, a strength and endurance program which involves elements of weightlifting, track & field, bodyweight exercises and traditional gymnastics combined diversely into workouts. Exercises are constantly varied and performed at high intensity – you won't get bored! Every class is different and will challenge you in its own right.
