What’s on for you today?

At CrossFit 40477 you can train all-round or work specifically on individual focus areas. CrossFit and HYROX are the two main pillars of our schedule. Gymnastics, weightlifting and strength give you extra time for technique, skills and strength development.

Train all-round

Strength, endurance, gymnastics and weightlifting in structured small-group training. Every class has a clear goal and is adapted to different experience levels.

HYROX

Running meets functional strength

Train specifically for a HYROX race or combine running, strength endurance and functional exercises into varied all-round training.

Gymnastics

Strength, control and skills

More time for handstands, pull-ups, toes-to-bar and muscle-ups. You work without a WOD on positions, specific strength and sensible technical progressions.

Weightlifting

Technique at the barbell

Learn or refine the snatch and clean & jerk. In Foundation and Advanced classes the focus is on position work, technical development and specific strength training.

Strength

Strength with a clear plan

One main lift, focused supersets and progressive training cycles for upper and lower body – without a WOD and without an extra conditioning part.

Train on your own

Your training. Your own plan.

Open Gym and Open Gym+ give you extra ways to train independently. You work on your own plan, make up a missed session or go deeper into content from the current programming.

Open Gym

Free training during regular class hours

Open Gym runs alongside selected classes. You reserve your training time via RESAWOD and use the designated training area. A good fit if you follow your own training plan, want to make up a missed Strength session, work on technique or individual skills, or plan additional strength and endurance sessions.

Open Gym+

Free training outside coached class hours

With Open Gym+ you can also use the gym at times when no regular class is running. Training is entirely self-directed and without a coach. Use requires prior activation, an induction and acceptance of our terms of participation. Depending on your membership, Open Gym+ is already included or can be added as an option.

Good to knowOpen Gym and Open Gym+ aren’t coached classes: during that time the coach leads the running class. Personal coaching and individual training planning are therefore not included. Both formats require a booking via RESAWOD — please also follow the applicable rules for using the training areas and equipment.

Not every training goal needs a CrossFit or HYROX class. With additional class formats you can explore new ways to move, work specifically on your mobility or set an extra training focus.

Kettlebell

Technique and training with a versatile tool

In the Kettlebell class you work specifically on safe, efficient kettlebell handling. Technique, strength, coordination and load management are the focus. Depending on the focus, basic and advanced movements as well as combined sequences can be part of the class.

Yoga

Controlled movement and conscious breathing

Yoga complements functional training with controlled movements, conscious breathing and longer positions. The class gives you time to move with focus and create a counterbalance to more intense sessions.

Mobility

Actively use your range of motion

Mobility training goes beyond passive stretching. You work on flexibility, active control and positions that matter for strength training, gymnastics and weightlifting.

Functional training for teenagers

In the Teens class, young people learn fundamental movement patterns, safe handling of equipment and training together as a group. Content and load are age-appropriate.
