CrossFit
After having successfully completed the on-ramp program, you will move to our CrossFit classes that consist of a warm-up, strength and / or technique part, a WOD (= Workout of the Day) and a specific cool-down with a coach being present at all times. If you would like to take part in one of these classes, you should know the foundational movements in CrossFit and be able to move safely.

Open Gym
Open gym is designed for experienced CrossFit athletes to work on weaknesses, techniques, strength training or to catch up on missed WODs.
Even though one of our coaches is usually available during open gym to take care of members, the session is not actively led by him or her. Please consult one of our coaches before signing up for open gym.
Weightlifting (Foundation / Advanced)
Specialty class to train strength in, and movement of, the three olympic lifts Clean, Jerk and Snatch.
- Foundation: Focus on movement standards
- Advanced: Focus on movement standards combined with strength training
During this class there will be no CrossFit WOD. The session is led by one of our experienced CrossFit coaches.
Gymnastics
Specialty class to train strength in, and movement of, CrossFit relevant Gymnastic movements such as handstand (hold, pushup, walk), muscle-up (ring, bar), pullups and dips.

Endurance/Bodyweight
In this course the focus is on cardiovascular or respiratory endurance alternating with workouts that only include exercises with your own body weight. No barbells are used here.
Yoga and Mobility
Our Restorative Yoga Class is specially designed for CrossFit athletes and aims to increase your flexibility, improve the flexibility and range of motion of your muscles and their regeneration.
The Mobility Class is about optimizing your body perception and the neuronal interaction of the structures involved. The focus of our Mobility training is on improving your range of motion and your positions and thus achieving a higher level of performance. For example, bands, gymnastic sticks, lacrosse balls, etc. are also used here. In each lesson we focus on other areas that require special attention due to the constant sitting and office activities.
Workshops
Additionally, to our CrossFit classes, we offer regular workshops guided by experts in the specific field: Swimming, Weightlifting, Rowing, Gymnastics, Nutrition, track&field etc.
