Intro Course

For CrossFit beginners, we offer foundational courses focused on teaching the core exercises. Small groups and a relaxed atmosphere make learning easier. Members and newcomers with an Intro membership can join.

Ambitious Class (Competitor)

This class is designed for athletes with competitive goals, focusing on targeted competition preparation. Together, we set goals (e.g., participation in regional CrossFit competitions) and work towards them. Ambitious athletes are also offered additional programming they can complete in Open Gym sessions.

Yoga and Mobility

Our Yoga classes aim to enhance flexibility, improve muscle mobility and range of motion, and support recovery (Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin Yoga).

Here’s a first look into one of our classes.

In Mobility class, we focus on body awareness and optimizing the neural coordination of muscle structures. Mobility training improves range of motion and positions to enhance performance. We use bands, sticks, lacrosse balls, and more, focusing on different areas that need extra attention due to prolonged sitting/desk work.
