Your official HYROX Training Club in Düsseldorf-Pempelfort

Run. Lift. Get stronger.

Running meets functional strength – and individual training meets real community. In our HYROX classes you build endurance, strength and mental toughness with experienced coaches and a community that works together, motivates each other and celebrates wins side by side.

It doesn't matter whether you're preparing for a specific HYROX race or simply want to get fitter, stronger and build more endurance. You train at your own level – but never alone.

What is HYROX?

HYROX combines running intervals with functional strength exercises and challenges your entire body. The training concept works both for targeted race preparation and as varied training for your overall fitness.

In a HYROX race you alternate between eight 1-kilometre runs and eight functional workout stations. Every race takes place indoors and follows the exact same standardised format. That makes your performance comparable worldwide – from your first finish to qualifying for the HYROX World Championships.

The Race Format

You train these 8 stations with us – exactly as they appear in the race.

Our Programming

With the official HYROX Performance Hub programming, every training day follows a clear focus. Click through the four building blocks.

HYROX FoundationalMonday & Saturday
Foundational training resembles traditional circuit training. The objective is to build your baseline fitness: strength, endurance, some aerobic capacity, agility and skill work.
HYROX PowerTuesday & Wednesday
Muscular strength and endurance are critical in a HYROX race. You need to recruit tremendous muscular power, move weight over time – and do it while fatigued. That's exactly what we train here.
HYROX CompleteSunday
The most race-specific training: a blend of aerobic and lactic conditioning with strength and HYROX-specific skills. It prepares you for the exact physiological demands of a race – challenging you physically and mentally, and building comfort in the discomfort of competition.
HYROX EngineRace supplement
The engine for your race: engine workouts boost endurance, aerobic capacity and lactate tolerance. When you're working towards a race, add intervals, compromised workouts and sprints – for speed, VO₂max and endurance.
