Lost in translation?

One of the best things about our box is the variety of different languages we hear every day. That's why we asked everyone to answer a question in their mother tongue. Here is a summary in English:

  • Marta: “The box became home, the box became family and lots of what I was missing about Italy I can now also find it here.”
  • Ana: “cf40477 is home, family and friends. Without it nothing would be the same for me… I’m little bit emotional since there could be a good bye soon, but I know that this connection is forever.”
  • Anastasia: “CrossFit helped me integrate in a foreign country and meet new friends. It is important for me because it strengthens me not only physically but also mentally, helping me face my everyday problems like a workout with persistence and consistency.”
  • Sara: “19:15 best time of the day, an hour without prejudices (about body also), among people like me, sharing the same passions not only for cf but also for life outside the box.”

These four ladies are a good example of why sports unite. For us, community is an important part of our box - because it's about well-being and that includes social aspects as well as training. That's why we have regular events for the community, where our members can exchange ideas and network.

Everyone is welcome here - we look forward to getting to know you. Contact us to get started.
