The best way to contact us is by e-mail, as we are often involved in courses or PTs. We usually answer within a few hours, at the latest within 24 hours. You can also make an appointment with us here. Do you need personal consultation? Visit us for a coffee - without an appointment: Thursdays from 6-8:30pm or Saturdays from 10am-12:30pm. Our office is closed on Sundays.
Parking spaces: In the backyard, first 3 on the right - next to the bike parking. Parking only with parking disc and a CrossFit 40477 sticker (available at the front desk). Parking time: max. 75 minutes. Alternatively, you will find parking spaces on the side streets. There is also a parking garage on Nordstraße.
