Movements that involve multiple joints and muscle groups simultaneosly, as in a squat or deadlift, are called functional movements. There is an everyday equivalent to all of these exercises: You have certainly picked up something heavy from the ground before or had to put something up on a shelf? While classic fitness training typically works isolated muscles only, we train the entire body during one hour of CrossFit.
Our primary goal is to get and keep you healthy throughout your life and for you to be able to do these everyday movements, like walking up stairs, for as long as possible. We will prepare you to tackle every physical challenge life throws at you.
